LOTTE Chemical Operates ‘Win-Win Coffee Car’ for Employees and Partners

With the intention of win-win cooperation, operating a coffee truck in connection with ‘Hisbeans’, a social enterprise specializing in employment of the disabled.
■ On the 2nd (Thu), operated the ‘Win-Win Coffee Car’ for Daesan Plant employees and partner companies... Held prior to the ‘Win-Win Cooperation Meeting’ held for sustainable development and reducing unfair gaps of the petrochemical industry
■ Since holding the joint declaration ceremony for expanding win-win cooperation of the petrochemical industry in September, relevant stakeholders such as conglomerates, partners, and the Ministry of Employment and Labor searched for win-win cooperation plans such as improving welfare
LOTTE Chemical announced that it operated the ‘Win-Win Coffee Card’ for its Daesan Plant employees and partner companies.
The ‘Win-Win Coffee Car’ was an event held prior to the ‘Win-Win Cooperation Meeting’ for the sustainable development and reduction of unfair gaps in the petrochemical industry, and was held together with the social company that employs persons with disabilities ‘Hisbeans (operating company cafe at the LOTTE Chemical HQ on the 15th floor of LOTTE World Tower)’ to express the will for win-win cooperation.
At the ‘joint declaration ceremony’ for spreading win-win cooperation in September, LOTTE Chemical, partner companies, and the Ministry of Employment and Labor has been continuing efforts by effectively pursuing mutual cooperation, operation of mutual associations, etc. for the sustainable growth of the petrochemical industry.
LOTTE Chemical is continuously operating a ‘win-win association’ to come up with detailed win-win plans such as △improving welfare △securing skilled personnel △strengthening industrial safety △establishing win-win conditions △win-win in the plastic industry, etc., and plans to find items together with partner companies, while also coming up with support plans together with relevant experts and the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
This coffee car will be additionally operated in different worksites in Yeosu starting with the Daesan Plant, and efforts will continue to diversify on-site communication windows.
